please find some preliminary information about the venue for the 20th Council meeting. The Weekend will kick of on Friday 30 January with a public pre-event. This event will be focusing on the Topic of Privacy, and include an opening remark from our MEP Markéta Gregorová. The actual Council meeting will take place on Saturday 31 Janurary.
We will have the meeting at Hotel Slamič in central Ljubljana. This venue will be used both for the Friday evening pre-event, as well as the Council meeting on the Saturday.
The Friday pre-event will take place 17:00-20:00 local time, and it will not be possible to participate remotely.
The Council meeting will start 09:00 Saturday morning, and continue until we have concluded the agenda.
There will be a charge of 25 Euro for the food on the Saturday, which participants will have to pay in advance in connection with their registration. A registration form will be shared in the near future, and all participants who plan to attend in person will need to pre-register for the event. The deadline for in-person registrations will close one week before the event. Online participation in the Council meeting will be possible without prior registration.
