The 20th Council meeting of the European Pirate Party is scheduled to take place in hybrid form on the 31st of January 2026. The Slovenian Pirate Party is hosting the Council meeting in Ljubljana.

Schedule
The 30th will be dedicated to an event with Pirate MEP Markéta Gregorová. The Council meeting will be held in hybrid format on the 31st, starting at 10:00 CET.

Nominations submission
The deadline for nominations was the 31st of December and has passed.. Please field your nominations either by email to the board or by replying to this thread on Discourse. It contains direct links to the candidates’ presentation threads, which can also be used for questions.
Motions submission
All member parties are welcome to submit proposals/motions to the Council meeting to be added to the agenda. Their title shall be formatted the following way: “[Topic Title] - For inclusion in the agenda”, and can be posted in the 20th Council meeting category on Discourse. If you are unable to connect to Discourse, an email sent to board@european-pirateparty.eu will also work.
The deadline for statutory motions to be submitted to the board was the 31st of December and has passed.
