Dear Pirates and Pirate Parties,
I hereby invite you to the 20th Council Meeting, scheduled to take place in hybrid format (Ljubljana and online) on the 31st of January, from 10:00 (CET) / 9:00 UTC onwards.
**Registration and Onsite Information**
On site participation will require registration. A link to the registration form will be presented on Discourse and communicated as a follow-up email as soon as possible, with the registration deadline. **Important Deadlines**
Nominations and Statutes Updates Proposal shall be communicated on the forum or to the Board email no later than the 31st of December at 10:00 CET / 9:00 UTC.
**Draft Agenda**

Please note, these documents might be updated to apply correction or the latest information available, in which case the time of addition will be specified in the document.
**Agenda Proposals**
All member parties are welcome to submit proposals/motions to the Council meeting to be added to the agenda. Their title shall be formatted the following way: “[Topic Title] - For inclusion in the agenda”, and can be posted in the 20th Council meeting category on Discourse: https://discourse.european-pirateparty.eu/c/council/20th-council-meeting/. If you are unable to connect to Discourse, an email sent to board@european-pirateparty.eu will also work. Please bear in mind that proposals to change the statutes need to be submitted no later than December the 31st, for the board to be able to send it out to the members in accordance with article 25 of the statutes.**Candidate Nominations**
We will elect the board and Code of Conduct Council at this Council meeting. All member parties are welcome to propose candidates on Discourse: https://discourse.european-pirateparty.eu/t/20th-council-meeting-nominations-to-the-board-and-code-of-conduct-council-elections/. Nominations can also be sent by email to board@european-pirateparty.eu.**Delegates Appointments**
In line with our statutes, every member party can send a certain number of official delegates to our Council meetings. They are entitled to speak and vote on behalf of the member party. You can find a list of the number of delegates and votes for each member party here: https://wiki.ppeu.net/doku.php?id=ppeu:members.Please bear in mind that for a delegate to be recognised, they must be declared on discourse (or by an email to the board) by a party official before the meeting.
