However, Luxembourgish law explicitly permits associations within their statutory autonomy to freely choose their internal working language.

- Loi luxembourgeoise : Selon le RCS, les statuts doivent être déposés dans l’une des langues officielles (français ou allemand). Cependant, le droit luxembourgeois permet aux associations de choisir librement leur langue de travail interne.
- Effet statutaire : Cette motion établit que la version anglaise reste le document juridiquement contraignant pour toute la gouvernance interne. La version française déposée au RCS est définie comme une traduction administrative (traduction de courtoisie). Cela évite que des nuances linguistiques ne dénaturent l’intention politique du Conseil.

(3) To the statutory extent permitted under Luxembourg law, these Statutes are officially drafted, debated, and adopted in the English language, which constitutes the sole binding text for all internal governance, Council decisions, interpretations, and disputes. The French version deposited with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) serves exclusively as an administrative translation to satisfy national publication requirements. In the event of any contradiction or divergence between the language versions regarding internal party matters, the English text shall prevail expressis verbis.

La version française déposée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) de Luxembourg sert exclusivement de traduction administrative pour satisfaire aux exigences nationales de publication.
