Weird, weird! A system administrator, rather. 
I would be happy for either. As you can see on our post on volunteers, we are trying to fill a lot of vacancies in the organisation at the moment.
If it is simply adding a link to a third party platform I would say a Webmaster could easily do it, if there’s more tweaking than that to be done, it could be managed by the Systems administrator. I guess whoever we recruit first can have a go at it.
