I wanted to color-code the chapters but we can’t have colours here, so it is left in words in typical traffic lights fashion. It is also available in my Google Drive here, if you want access please send me a request from your google account 
As you can see, it doesn’t look very good, and I wasn’t able to find one topic I expected to have somewhere - the Industrial policy.
We really need all hands on deck in order to finish in time!
