This thread is to summarize all information related to the 20th Council Meeting and a link to the registration form to RSVP. Please read carefully and don’t hesitate to ask questions.
The 20th Council Meeting will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It will feature a pre-event on Friday 30 January with a panel organized by the Slovenian Pirates revolving around Privacy, Chat Control, and Disinformation, with the participation of our MEP Markéta Gregorová. The Council Meeting will take place the day after, Saturday 31 January. Both events will be hosted in the same venue.

Venue: Hotel Slamič (Kersnikova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia)
Time: from 17:00 to 20:00
This event is open to the public. In the registration form we will ask if you are planning to attend only to get an approximate number of attendees for logistical reasons.
2. Saturday 31 January

Date: Saturday 31 January 2026
Time: from 9:00 to 17:00
Participation Fee: 25€
