As our policy team is working on a consultation reply on the Commission consultation on the Digital Fairness Act I figured it could be valuable with a thread where we gather resources that could be helpful in forming our reply.

Founded in 2025, FIDMA strives to be an interdisciplinary, inclusive and intellectually curious network for mainly European-based researchers from mainly legal and economic disciplines. The network concentrates on legal and economic aspects of digital and artificial markets and strives to make sense of the string of recent regulatory landscape and offer insights and analysis, focusing on the various legal challenges but also opportunities presented by the emergence of digital economy.
