This can be useful, Board Rules of Procedure should be reviewed if this is adopted. The text could be simplified : the Board consists of nine persons maximum. 1/3 of this is 3, which is redundant with the absolute minimum of 3, even with provisions of non-artificial increase through unregistered resignations at the RCS.
