The proposals already align with the broad practice of the organisation. The proposed items are technical points, and might be better placed in Rules of Procedures, to prevent inflating the statutes. The points on videoconference are already present in the current Statutes.
The Board, with the Secretariat’s help, is already compiling and establishing check-lists for compliance purposes, where all this information will be listed. In this direction, the Board Rules of Procedure are also in the process of being updated to be in line with Luxembourgish law.
