If you mean that you will be the delegate for the Polish pirates at the Counil meeting, it should be noted in this thread.
Or did you mean to have you nominated to the board for the next year?
@JanuszPL You should contact @solibo (treasurer) to settle the membership fees owed by PP-PL.

@JanuszPL I’ve just sent you an invoice for 2025 including the outstanding fees for PP-PL.

ok so @JanuszPL after a brief consultation with @Emerodh, we noticed that actually PPPL in 2025 wasn’t a PPEU member anymore (and that’s the current status), so in order to participate to the next Council Meeting you need to re-apply and let the Council decides.
Please ignore my email: no membership fees are due for 2025 (but still PPPL has outstanding membership fees for 2023 and 2024).
NOTE: the membership fee you already paid in 2023 was 2022 membership fee, sent out late in 2023.

From our statutes: Statutes – European Pirate Party
Art. 13-8.
(8) If a Member Party did not pay their due membership fee for two consecutive years until the first Council meeting of the second year, they are deemed to have left the Association by resignation automatically.
From my review, you miss to pay membership fees for 2023 and 2024 (the fee you paid in 2023 was related to 2022).
If I made a mistake, please correct me: I will act accordingly, but please @JanuszPL be aware that the request to re-join has to be sent to the board via email before the Council Meeting, so that we can put it into the agenda.
If it’s not in the approved agenda, the Council cannot vote on PPPL re-admission.
