Ahead of the Council Meeting, the following save the date email was sent to the mailing list on the 18th of December 2025.
Please mark the dates in your calendar, and plan ahead you travel!
The precise location for the Council Meeting is Hotel Slamič, Kersnikova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana. More details will follow, but please plan your travel ahead, including for accommodation.
Council Members, please register your delegates and announce your Board and Code of Conduct Council nominees using the following links:

Important deadlines:
- Nominations are open until the 31st of December 2025;
- Statutes change proposals must be communicated before the 31st of December 2025 (by creating a subject in the 20th Council Meeting category: https://discourse.european-pirateparty.eu/c/council/20th-council-meeting/59).
A detailed agenda and a formal invitation containing meeting documents will follow, but here is what you can expect:
- Friday the 30th: Event with Pirate MEP Markéta Gregorová
- Saturday the 31st: Council Meeting
- Sunday the 1st of February: Free
