Our migration from our current IT provider is currently underway. As part of that, we will also be migrating emails. Here’s a couple of important things to note:

Emails will be moved to the Migadu provider.

Your main email will change from european-pirateparty.eu to europeanpirates.eu

A forward will be put in from the old address to the new.

We will use this chance to deprecate a lot of email addresses that are not relevant to the secretariat and European Pirates anymore. This means that they won’t be migrated.

Affected users with new accounts on Migadu will receive a Vaultwarden send with new login details, server details etc. from Mab or me. Please change your passwords as soon as you receive them.

We are planning to do this on the weekend of 13th and 14th of December. During that time, you can expect disruptions and during a short period some email may unfortunately be lost (if it is received in the small window between “sync was done” and “new DNS settings have been propagated”).
