For the upcoming Board, regardless of the elections result, I would offer to host a preliminary meeting on Sunday the 1st of February 2026 from 9.30am to 10.30am CET. The meeting would be held in hybrid format, online and in a room which is yet to be confirmed.
This would be the time to confirm contact details, urgent matters, and plan out the following meeting. If time allows the newly elected Board could discuss their work preferences.
