We advise Council Members to let us know who their appointed delegates are, so we can better coordinate.
We advise Council members and their delegates to submit their proposals as well as update them through any means they would find convenient (board mail, instant messaging, sending or updating their submission on the motion & amendment thread).
Please not that final drafts should be sent in advance or brought to the attention of the board for a convenient ordering of the agenda.
All members are encouraged to engage in discussion, but only Council Members through their delegates can submit motions and amendments to the agenda.
Delegates only subjects are labeled “delegates”
Discussion subjects should be labeled “pirate-discussion”, to emphasize that they are open to every pirate on the forum.
