Dear European Pirates,

It is my pleasure to invite all of you, through your representatives, to the first Member’s Meeting, scheduled to take place on Sunday the 20th of September 2026 at 18:00 CEST / 16:00 UTC. The meeting will be held online and accessible through the following link: Jitsi Meet .

In accordance to the 2026 Workplan, the Member Meetings which we’ll be kicking off will be the occasion for us to convene and coordinate on any relevant topic. The agenda for this first session will be the following:

  • Discussing a calendar for the statutory working group established following the 21st Council Meeting decision;
  • Discussing the Member Meetings’ organisation;

Thanks for flagging your interest. The meetings are public for now, I would then be please if you participated. Unfortunately, for now, the invited parties are the European Pirates’ member organisations, not individuals, so it wouldn’t be possible at this time to add your personal contact to the list.
