Dear Pirates,
On behalf of @Marek.Barbus who prepared the information and coordinates the physical event, please find more information for all of you who will be joining in Prague. We are all looking forward to see you there.
1. Travel info
From Prague airport you can get to the city by 59 trolleybus, which will take you to Nádraží Veleslavín, from where you can take the metro A line to the city center. From Prague’s Main train station, you can take the metro C line. Pirátské centrum a. k. a. PiCe, where most of the events will be held, is about 2 minutes walk from the Karlovo náměstí station on the metro B line. You can transfer from one line to the other at Můstek, Muzeum and Florenc stations respectively.

2. Schedule
On Saturday we are going to have multiple modules/debates with PPCZ’s top politicians, namely Markéta Gregorová, Olga Richterová and the president of the Pirate institute Patrick Zandl, followed by a Prague city tour and some informal beers in the evening.
On Sunday we will have the formal part of the Council meeting, including the election of new Board members. The Council Meeting will start at 9:30am CET and the target is for it to end at 5:00pm CET at the latest.
3. Catering
Catering during Saturday’s and Sunday’s official programmes are going to be paid by PPCZ. It is going to include several coffee breaks and lunches. Breakfasts and dinners are to be handled by the participants, Marek Barbuš (PPCZ) can help with some tips.
4. Accommodation
Accommodation is to be handled by the participants, Marek Barbuš (PPCZ) can help with some tips.
5. Reimbursement
As per the last PPCZ update, reimbursments for the trip should not be expected.
