Following the 1st Council Meeting, the Board, in coordination with Members, adopts the following calendar:
Phase 1 - Statutes Review (deadline: DEC2026)
- Review the statutes in their entirety, identifying inconsistencies, outdated provisions, and areas in need of clarification or modernization
Phase 2 - Agreement on Reform Objectives (deadline: MAR2027)
Establish the secondary objectives, beyond clarification and modernization of the statutes, if needed
Agree on how they should be implemented, under which conditions, if needed
Phase 3 - Redaction of a Statutes Reform and Submission to a Council Meeting (deadline: JUN2027)
Write statutes amendments for clarification and modernization
Write statutes amendment for secondary objectives
Work Arrangement
The Discourse forum will be used for asynchronous discussions;
Monthly Meetings (every 3rd Sunday of the month, at 6.00pm CE(S)T) will be used to regroup and formalise progress and draft each phases deliverable (report, amendments…);
The Board and Secretariat will steward the discussions and meetings.
